Q: What cooking stoves can it be used on?
Vermicular enamelled cast iron skillets are suitable for open flame, induction and electric ceramic hobs.
Q: Can it be used in the oven?
Yes. The handle is made with stainless steel and aluminium. It is oven-safe.
Q: What should I do when I use the skillet for the first time?
The cooking and maintenance of the skillet is relatively simple. Before using it, just wash it with a soft sponge using neutral detergent. Enamelled cast iron Frying pans are relatively easy to maintain.
Q: How should it be cleaned?
Please clean with a soft sponge using neutral detergent.
Q: How to remove burnt marks?
You can cover the burnt area with water, add 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. The burnt marks will come off easily when it cools. If there are still traces, you can continue to repeat this step. Don't Use metal utensils to rub to avoid damage.
Q: Can it be washed in the dishwasher?
Yes. Since the pot handle is made with stainless steel and aluminium, it is dishwasher-safe.
Q: What cooking utensils should it be used with?
