TOSARYU

Tosaryu was established in 1970. The wood products it produces are all selected from the trees grown in the vast forests of Kochi Prefecture, Japan, and the Shimanto River basin, which was named "Tosa" in ancient times. Cypress grown in the rainy Shimanto River basin is rich in fat and oil, and has strong drainage and prevents mold from growing, making it ideal for cutting boards.
