7-day Replacement Guarantee
- All products purchased at Afterwork Grocery are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-exchangeable unless the product itself is defective or damaged.
- If the product is malfunctioning, damaged, scratched, or soiled due to improper use or unpacking by the customer, please note that no exchange can be arranged.
- If you think the product does not meet your preference or the quality is not as expected after purchase, please note that no exchange can be arranged.
- In order to avoid disputes, we suggest customers to inspect the product upon receipt or on the same day.
- The replacement product must be of the same style (including color)
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@afterwork-grocery.com with photos or videos of the defective product, details of the defect and the product serial number (if any) within 7 days of receipt of the product. Once the product is confirmed to be defective, the product can be replaced only under exceptional circumstances.
- Please make sure that the accessories, manuals, packaging, shipping documents and receipts of the product are complete.
- If no problem is raised within 7 days after receipt of the product, we cannot arrange for replacement of the product or accessories due to defective appearance or missing parts.
- We also reserve the right to test the product first to verify the problem and replace it only after confirming the problem.
Refund Notice
- If the product is not out of stock, the store does not provide refunds.
- Refunds are not available for pre-order items until they arrive, unless there is not enough stock.
- Orders with confirmed payment cannot be cancelled or refunded for reasons such as errors in placing the order.
- We do not accept rush orders, so if we are unable to arrange delivery on the same day after payment is made, no refunds can be made.
- If the product (except for pre-orders) cannot be delivered to the requested address within 30 days from the arrival date stated on the order, please contact us at support@afterwork-grocery.com to arrange for a refund.
