A: A Combi Oven is a multifunctional kitchen appliance that combines three main cooking methods: convection, pure steam and a combination of both. A Combi Oven can flexibly adjust temperature and humidity according to different ingredients or cooking requirements, ensuring that food is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, while also reducing cooking time and preserving more nutrients and original flavours. This type of oven is widely used in professional kitchens such as restaurants, bakeries, and hotels, and is now also entering the home market. Its combination functionality is particularly suited for diverse dishes such as roasted chicken, grilled meat, bread, desserts, and steamed vegetables. Some high-end models also feature intelligent control panels that allow for pre-setting various cooking programmes and automatic cleaning functions. The Combi Oven not only enhances cooking quality and efficiency but also makes it easier to achieve healthy, professional-grade cooking results.

Q: How much space should be reserved for installation?
A: Since the water tank is located on the top of the oven, you need to open the small cover to pull out the water tank. We recommend reserving at least 12cm of space above the machine to facilitate removal of the water tank. It is also best to reserve 8cm of space at the back to prevent the plug from bending too much and to ensure effective heat dissipation. If the installation surface is 60 cm deep, that should be sufficient.

Q: Where is the air outlet located?
A: The air outlet is located at the front of the machine, above the oven door.

Q: Does this oven have a pure steam function?
A: Yes, you can select the pure steam mode with 100% steam, which is excellent for steaming fish, chicken, pork ribs and other home-cooked dishes.

Q: Does it have a bread fermentation mode?
A: If you want to ferment bread, you can select the fermentation mode from the preset Chef Menu.

Q: Where is the water tank located?
A: The water tank is located on top of the oven. Simply lift the lid to pull out the water tank. After filling it with water, you can put the water tank back in its original position.
