You can also store cooked rice and keep it fresh in the refrigerator. Besides rice, other ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and fish can be easily steamed in the microwave oven. Clay used by Nagatani-en has a good heat-storage capacity, so you can serve it directly on the table to keep the food warm.

How to re-heat rice with "Tochin"：

1. Put the rice into the “Tochin” and store it in the refrigerator.
2. Before heating, soak the lid in water for 1 minute and wipe off the water on the surface.
3. Put the lid on and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes.
