Hasegawa cutting boards from Japan have long been highly regarded by professional Japanese chefs. The black FPEL cutting board has a premium look and also helps highlight the colours of ingredients. Specially designed with a wood-core structure, it is about 30% lighter than regular plastic cutting boards while also making the board sturdier and less prone to warping. Compared with the FRK series, the FPEL series is made from a relatively harder material, making it suitable for cutting vegetables, fish, meat, and other ingredients. For those who are particular about cooking, this is an exceptionally durable cutting board.
