The French bistro-inspired Menu collection is simple, functional yet atmospheric. Red earthen clay is covered with a layer of white powder-clay before transparent glazing, so-called the traditional Japanese "kohiki" technique. It results in soft white and plumpy nuance. There are baked nuances on the rim and rustic iron in powder on the surface. The three sized plates are well balanced between the larger flat surface and wide rim. This round baking tray is characterised as a tart-mould-like relief on the sides. Thanks to its moderate depth, it is useful as a mould for baking sweet or savoury pastries and for making an individual portion of gratin dishes.
