- Larger seasonings and dried spices
- Dried spices, e.g. basil, parsley, celery flakes, dill seed, Herbes de Provence, mint, oregano, parsley, rosemary, sage and thyme
- Larger seasonings, e.g. allspice, black cumin seeds, Tibetan fennel seeds, juniper berries, lemon zest (dried and finely chopped), orange zest (dried and finely chopped)
- Others: Coffee beans, Espresso coffee beans (for short grinding to add a hint of coffee flavor to marinades or for light sprinkling on desserts, not for grinding coffee beans for brewing)
* Please put the seasoning into the grinding accessory about 2/3 of the capacity, do not overfill
