Using for the first time：

1. Wash with detergent
2. Heat on medium heat for 3-4 minutes and turn off the heat.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and spread evenly on the whole plate and let it cool.
4. Wipe off excess oil with kitchen towel

General maintenance：

• After using for the first time, you can apply oil to maintain the pot. After the oil film is formed, you do not need to maintain the pot frequently.
• Avoid using detergent as much as possible to make the oil film easier to form.
• If you really need to use detergent to clean the pan, please apply a thin layer of oil after the water has evaporated before storing.
