Shun Classic Series 33-Layer VG-MAX Damascus Chef Knife is made of Shun's own VG-MAX stainless steel, which is hard, durable, acid-resistant, and rust-resistant. The blade features a 16 degree double-edge for a good cutting feeling. The handle is made of D-shaped laminated wood, which provides a good grip.
